(1) All-glass Vacuum Tube
*Features:
Kaidun All-glass Vacuum Tube is made of dual borosilicate glass tubes, the space between the two tubes is evacuated. The AL/N/AL selective coating on the outer wall of the inner tube absorbs sunshine and transforms it into heat which in turn heats the cold water in the inner tube. When the water in the tube is heated, its density will decrease and will go upward into the tank; meanwhile the cold water in the tank will flow down into the tube due to its greater density. Thus, the circulation and heat-exchanging in the system is completed. The color of the inner tube is black-grey. This vacuum tube has a high heat-efficiency and low price. It is suitable in areas with winter temperature above–20°C.

*Features:
Kaidun Highly-absorptive Vacuum Tube is made of borosilicate glass, which applies the advanced 12-layer of spattering deposition technology of gradual change of ALN/AIN-SS/CU selective absorptive coating. This makes the vacuum tubes highly absorptive and highly durable to high temperature and low temperature. Meanwhile the vacuum tube features a low reflection ratio. The interlayer gives the tube a unique effect of thermo, and the surface temperature could be as high as 380℃. It is the key part of the solar water heater and decides the performance of the heating system.

The heat is conducted via the medium liquid in the heat pipe between the double layers of the aluminum fins, the vacuum tube works mainly as an insulation to preserve the heat.
