Interior Tank
The pressure-proofing and leak-preventing interior tank is made of stainless steel SUS304-2B, advanced welding equipment and techniques are applied in manufacturing. The finished tank can withstand pressure evenly, thus, it will have a long working life.

Bracket
The bracket is made of good quality cold-rolling zinc-plated steel sheet, and is shaped by mould pressing. It features a streamline appearance, and golden angle for installation. The parts are jointed by stainless steel bolts, which makes is easy for transportation and installation.

Cap of Exterior Tank
The cap is pressed by imported zinc-plated steel sheet, coated with plastic finish. It is nice and strong, and can stand a long time.

Punching technique
Kaidun applies the self-developed leak-preventing punching techniques to give a second pressing flanging to the interior tank, so as to lengthen the sealing line and keep the sealing ring unbroken. The application of this technique greatly reduces the need of maintenance service; it is called as the “Second Revolution” in the industry of solar water heater manufacturing.

Insulation Layer
The insulation layer is manufactured by imported equipment，the producing process is computer-controlled. The polyurethane is frothed under pressure as a whole, then is cured in constant temperature，so the closing rate could be as high as 95%, and thickness is between 50mm to 60mm. This insulation layer can stand high and low temperatures, and will not change its shape. It is designed for freezing temperature, and can work well around the year.

Well-chosen Components, Better Performance
Kaidun carefully design the size and number of the evacuated tubes so that the overall performance is greatly increase, and the heat-lose is greatly cut down. This also gives the water heater a longer working life.
